1. Must obtain at least an Associate Degree in Information Technology/Building Construction/Urban Planning
2. Must have sound knowledge of the various application processes
To register and log all applications daily into the AMANDA System following the respective assessments and payment.
Scan all applications (drawing along with supporting documents) into the AMANDA system daily.
To ensure that all supporting documents are obtained and scanned, for the respective applications, into the AMANDA system.
Follow-up with the respective officers to ensure the necessary updates to the AMANDA system from the respective desks are made.
Constantly monitoring the AMANDA system to ensure efficiency.
Ensure the timely processing of all applications within respective time-frame in collaboration with Planning Coordinator and Director of Planning
Prepare monthly reports in collaboration with the Planning Coordinator and Director of planning regarding the operations of the AMANDA system.
Inform clients of the status of their applications.
Complete complaint log database and follow-up to ensure the matter is resolved or provide reason for the matter not being addressed.
Assist clients in utilizing the AMANDA system.
Any other duties assigned by the Director of Planning.
