There are basically two categories of building inspections. The first category involves inspections carried out by the relevant officers in response to reports made to the parish council with respects to concerns of citizens.
The second category of inspections is mandatory and is carried out once a building application is submitted. The inspections involve the perusal of Steel Work, Foundation and belt course erection.
