The St. Mary Parish Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to; Rehabilitate and Repair sections of Tryall Housing Scheme, Port Maria, St. Mary.
QUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER
Bidders must provide proof of the following along with their bid:
i. Registration with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) “Registry of the Public Sector Contractors”. Under the National Contracts Commission the minimum requirements are: Civil Engineering Grade 4, Road Maintenance Grade 3, General Road Works Grade 4.
ii. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
COLLECTION & RETURN OF BIDS
A non-refundable fee of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) in cash or Manager’s cheque made payable to the St. Mary Parish Council, located at 13 Hodgson Street Port Maria is required for each tender. Tender document will be available Mondays through Fridays during the hours 9:00 am to 4:00pm.
Upon payment of the tender fee, the bid may be collected as of April 29, 2015 from the Procurement Officer at:

The completed bid and other documents as outlined in the bid document should be sealed in an envelope and marked QUOTATION FOR WORK AT TRYALL HOUSING SCHEME and deposited in the tender box located in the Reception Area of the St. Mary Parish Council, 13 Hodgson Street Port Maria P.O. St. Mary.
Bids should be submitted by 12:00 noon May 18, 2015 and shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid closing.
The Quotation shall be opened in public in the presence of contractors’ representatives who choose to attend, on May 18, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. in the Caucus Room of the St. Mary Parish Council,13 Hodgson Street Port Maria. Late bids will be rejected.
