Invitation to Tender
The St. Catherine Municipal Corporation invites contractors to submit tender to undertake road rehabilitation works at Stephenson Gardens, Homestead Division, St Catherine.
Description
The scope of works will include but not necessarily restricted to the following work description:
1. Scarifying
2. Asphaltic Concrete
3. ‘V’ Drain
Eligibility of Tender
All bidders with valid National Contracts Commission contractor grades 1-2, except for foreign bidders must provide:
TCC : a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
NCC : a valid National Contracts Commission certificate
Collection of Documents
Tender document must be collected from the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation, Emancipation Square, Spanish Town.
Documents will be available as of 22nd July 2019 between the hours of 10am and 5pm each weekday, for the period ending 9th August 2019
Bidders will be required to pay a non – refundable fee of $5000 for each set of documents. Payments may be paid in cash or managers cheque, payable to the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation.
Returned Tenders
Sealed bids are to be placed in a tender box located at the administration office at the St. Catherine Municipal Building.

The opening will take place in the Council’s chamber of the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation on the 9th of August 2019 at 3 pm.
